Business Sense : What is Your Greatest Skill?

Now consider for a moment how this influences your business. How do you currently use these skills to better your business? Could you be doing better?

Many times we are not operating in our greatest skillsets and perhaps coworkers are working in our best skillsets while we work in theirs. A huge part of operating a business is identifying where each individual has the greatest impact for the company.
