Scope of Project - Website Development

Creative Impact Solutions will develop a fully custom design for the new website, with an emphasis on a professional and trusted image, call to actions and ease of navigation. Revisions may be made to any aspect of the design. Any visual design revisions requested by the client must be made before beginning development of the site functionality. Package includes five rounds of revisions. This package’s primary feature is in the attention to detail and creation of the custom unique artwork for the website itself.

Also included in this package are seven (7) additional hours of custom graphic design to be used for custom banner and/or header graphics, background image, images to be used within the design, etc.

After the design has been approved, Creative Impact Solutions will provide validated and compliant HTML/CSS markup to structure the current site for functionality and content population within the design. A WordPress framework will be used to manage the backend and provide CMS (Content Management System) capabilities.

The design may include up to ten (10) royalty-free stock images (includes photos and textures) that will be purchased by Creative Impact Solutions for this project.

All content provided by the client and entered into the site by the client. Assistance will be provided within reason to assist in initial population of the website. Creative Impact Solutions is not responsible for creating or providing content for the website, although can be contracted to produce and write professional and optimized content for an additional fee.

Basic search engine optimization techniques will be applied to the site and the client will be given recommendations to further enhance the visibility and exposure of the website. An SEO tool will be installed as well.

This package also includes installation and integration of various additional items and plugins such as social media icons, Twitter feed, Facebook like box, Facebook like button, sharing buttons, YouTube video, anti-spam plugin, SEO management plugin, etc
